Andy is an ass man not a titty man, he's pretty man.
He opens up his sketchbook and he shows me pretty pictures:
Pretty girls in bathing suits and boarding schools and no more rules.
When Andy lights a cigarette, on top of it, I'm thinking about the balcony
and how she kissed me, she is now a part of me.
Andy's mom and dad split up, he saw her talking to another guy,
it was so wrong, he told his dad, it was so wrong.
He lives out in Wildwood and takes the train to school, he's super cool.
I'm strung out on Adderall and Warhol superstars and melted forty-fives.
I'm sitting on the bench outside while sweaty students try to kiss me,
standing like a deer in headlights
not participating.
Just because I'm not bored of you in fifteen minutes
doesn't mean it's love.
Gestures in material things apologize for not being enough.
You can't change,
your heavy grip is crushing everything, a bull in a china shop.
You told me you were just to drunk, too stupid high, too damn depressed,
you fucked her because you missed me, I'm devoting all my time to fix you.
You knew what you were doing all along.

I made all the sounds by my lonesome self.
There is a lot to hear here and unsurprisingly it's a mixed bag, but Passing Strange's stunning arrangement of "Tourniquet" blows me away. They make it sound like it was ALWAYS a piano ballad, and their contribution was to rock it up with lively drums. summer villain
This New Zealand group have a sweet glaze and an underlying toothiness that would have fit right in on mid-’90s alt-rock radio. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 1, 2019
Bright, gorgeous, bashing songs from these Belgian shoegazers that never lose track of melody amidst the waves of distortion. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 23, 2023
"Flower Of Life" yanks riot grrrl south through the unmistakable garage psych sound indispensable to the last 20-odd years of rock music out of Los Angeles. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 2, 2023
